Vinegar (9%): 2 tablespoons

Sweet juice (any kind): 17 fl oz (500 ml)
Semolina: 3 tablespoons
Ingredients for the Glaze
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder: 3 tablespoons
All-purpose flour: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Water: 7–8 fl oz (200–250 ml)

Prepare the Cake Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour in the water and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined and smooth.
- Add vinegar and stir once more.

Bake the Cake:
- Line the bottom of a 9.5-inch (24 cm) round cake pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan.
- Preheat your oven to 356°F (180°C) and bake for 40–50 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the pan and allow it to cool completely.

- In a saucepan, combine the sweet juice and semolina. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Let the cream cool completely, then beat it with a mixer until fluffy.

- Spread the cream on the top of two layers and stack them on top of each other, then place the third layer on top.
